Rationale (from the literature)
The pairing's logic is that BPC-157 and TB-500 promote tissue repair through partly different routes — BPC-157 leaning on angiogenesis and growth-factor signaling, TB-500 (thymosin β-4) on actin regulation and cell migration — so combining them might cover more of the healing process. That rationale is mechanistic and reasonable on paper, but it rests on animal data for each compound individually.
Honest caveats
- No study has tested this combination in humans for safety or efficacy
- Both components are animal-evidence-only and sold for research use only
- Combining two pro-angiogenic agents may amplify the theoretical cancer concern
- Both are banned in sport by WADA
- Any circulating "Wolverine protocol" dosing is extrapolated, not clinically established
